Welcome to the future of Shape Cutting with the introduction of our new SCM series shape cutting machines. Finally a machine designed for maximum versatility for both operation and productivity. Since the introduction of the shape cutting machines, little change has been made to the operations or the frame design. For so long the industry has just allowed innovative electronic hardware to be its primary evolution in technology, until now. User friendly CNC Controls combined with quality components take our SMC series to a whole new level

Key Features:

• Complete system ready to run. The control is included. No PC needed or trying to load and
configure software. The only thing additional you will need is a plasma. We offer them as
optional. You can use yours if you have one or we can install one for you.

• Torch and gantry move to a parking area to allow for easy loading and unloading by hand,
forklift or over head crane.

• Small foot print. Compact design. We use the lower space in the parking area for the
electrical cabinet and plasma keeping the work area clean and clear.

• Our Motion Control Drive System utilizes planetary gearboxes for solid performance
opposed to belts and pulleys that get burned, torn and require adjustment.

• Oversized axis drive motors. By having the Planetary gearboxes and large Nema 34 sized
motors, we have more then enough power for high speed and most importantly, long,
maintenance free life.

• Energy chain. We use it to keep your machine wiring and hoses clear from the loading and
unloading area not to mention that it protects the wiring and hoses from unnecessary damage
causing down time.

• Homing and limit switches. Keeps the machine and operator accurate and safe.

• Free Cad Cam software. A free copy of V21 comes with the machine purchase. This allows
you import dxf files or create new ones. Nesting is included. BobCad supports all training and
upgrades for the programming software.

• Industry Controls CNC Control System. Includes operation panel, PC and all software.
The IC CNC control is very easy to use and communication via Ethernet is extremely reliable.
It is easy to convert your existing files or create new programs at the operator console.

• All of our models use a down draft table with a pan. This will help keep your shop safe and
clean.
